How do I
enter my weekly grades for Academic Subjects?
On the Dashboard page, click on the
button, which will take you to the Academic Subjects
page.You will notice that the page shows your present
average grade for each Subject. You may now select the
appropriate grade for each subject and add a comment
next to the grade. The comment will act as a future
reminder to let you know the reason for you achieving
that grade.
Comment Examples:
- Lower grade for late submission of home work
- Higher grade for extra credit work done
You may enter or change the grade anytime during a 7
day week. The week starts on Sunday and end on Saturday.
IMPORTANT: You must enter final grades of the week
by Saturday night, 11.30 PM PST. AlphaGrade will then
process the weeks grades and calculate the Allowance
Earned, Incentive Allowance and Allowance Penalty.

How do I
enter my weekly grades for Home Related Items?
On the Dashboard page, click on the
button, which will take you to the Home Related Items
page.You will notice that the page shows your present
average grade for each Item. You may now select the
appropriate grade for each item and add a comment next
to the grade. The comment will act as a future reminder
to let you know the reason for you achieving that grade.
Comment Examples:
- Did everyone's laundry and folded the clothes too
- Forgot to rinse dishes, twice
You may enter or change the grade anytime during a 7
day week. The week starts on Sunday and end on Saturday.
IMPORTANT: You must enter final grades of the week

process the weeks grades and calculate the Allowance
Earned, Incentive Allowance and Allowance Penalty.

How
can I decide what grade to enter?
For Academic Subjects:
Most teachers provide weekly grades either in
written communication or through the schools web site.
The grades entered here must be the same as graded by
the teachers.In case grades are not available, it is
your responsibility to make the best judgment as to
where you stand at the end of that week. The grade
should be a cumulative grade and not specifically for
that week.
For Home Related Items:
Home Related grades on the other hand are to be
calculated for that week only. Here again, t is your
responsibility to make the best judgment as to where you
stand on each of the items at the end of that week.
Note: It is easy to score a high rate on the Home
Related Items and it can boost your overall AlphaGrade.

How do I view my Progress Reports and
Graphs?
On the Dashboard page, click on the 'View Reports'
tab. This will take you to the
'Reports and Charts' page.As a Basic
subscriber, you can view: |
- Progress Report for the last 4 Weeks
- Progress Report for the last 8 Weeks
- Graphs for each individual Academic Subject /
Home Related Item, for the last 26 Weeks
As an Enhanced subscriber, in addition to the Reports
and Graphs as listed above, you can view: |
- Progress Report for the last 12 Weeks
- Progress Report for the last 24 Weeks
- Progress Graph showing AlphaGrade for the last
26 Weeks

How do I
know how much Allowance I have earned?
On the Dashboard page, click on the 'Allowance'
tab. This will take you to the
'Statement of Allowance Earned' page.This statement
is automatically updated every Sunday morning by 4.00 AM
PST.

Why do I
get an Incentive Allowance?
Every time you exceed your Expected Goal Grade, you
automatically get an Incentive Allowance (if your parent
/ guardian has set it up).Example: If your Expected
Goal Grade is set at 'B' and you achieve a 'B+'

Why have I had to pay an Allowance Penalty?
Every time you underperform and have a grade that is
lower than your Expected Goal Grade, you are
automatically charged an Incentive Penalty (if your
parent / guardian has set it up).Example: If your
Expected Goal Grade is set at 'B' and you achieve a 'B-'

How
do I actually receive my Allowance?
Your parent / guardian will give you the allowance they
way you have normally been receiving it. They will make
a note of this and this payment will show in your 'Statement
of Allowance Earned'.

How do I remind my parent / guardian to give me my
Allowance?
On the Dashboard page, click on the
button. This will automatically generate an email
message that will be sent to your parent / guardian as a
reminder.

How do I add an item to the Wish List?
Note: The Wish List feature is available only to
Enhanced subscribers.
On the Dashboard page, click on the 'Wish List' tab.
- Enter description of item wished for
- Enter date by which you would like the wish to
be fulfilled
- Enter the estimated Sponsorship amount for the
item
- Click on 'Add to Wish List' button

Why does the item on my Wish List say 'Pending
Approval'? Who will approve it?
Note: The Wish List feature is available only to
Enhanced subscribers.All items added to the Wish
List have to be approved by your parent / guardian. You
may request your parent / guardian to login to their
account and deal with it as they deem fit.

How do I invite Sponsors?
Note: The Sponsors feature is available only to
Enhanced subscribers.On the Dashboard page, click
on the 'Sponsors' tab.
- Click on the
button
- Enter email addresses of people you would like
to invite
- Click on 'Send Invitation to Sponsors'
button

How can I remove a Sponsor?
Note: The Sponsors feature is available only to
Enhanced subscribers.On the Dashboard page, click
on the 'Sponsors' tab.
- Click on the 'Remove Sponsor' link of the
Sponsor you would like to remove
- Click on 'Delete this Sponsorship' button

How can I view Sponsors who have sponsored items on my
Wish List?
Note: The Wish List feature is available only to
Enhanced subscribers.On the Dashboard page, click
on the 'Wish List' tab.
- Click on the 'View Sponsors' link for the
item in your Wish List

How do I receive my Sponsored amount / Sponsored item?
Note: The Sponsors feature is available only to
Enhanced subscribers.It is the responsibility of
the Sponsor to make good their promise of Sponsorship.
You have to request the Sponsor directly, to make good
their commitment.

How do I contact the Sponsor and remind them?

message that will be sent to your Sponsor as a reminder
to make food their commitment.

How do I upgrade from a Basic to Enhanced account?
You cannot directly Upgrade your subscription. You have
to ask your parent / guardian to Upgrade the account
from Basic to Enhanced version.
