What is the difference between the program for
Individuals and the one for Organizations?
Both programs allow you to gift 2 months Enhanced
Edition to all your recipients. The only difference
between the two is the benefits to you when a person
renews their account.For Individuals: You will
receive 1 free month of Enhanced Edition service for
your children. The credits have no cash value, are
non-refundable and non-transferable.
For Organizations: Organizations will receive 10%
of the gross receipts of each Enhanced Edition renewal
over the duration of the users paid subscription.

How do I
inform my group members?
You may inform your group members by sending them a
personalized email or by distributing flyers at events.

Can I send the referral email on my own?
Yes, you may generate the personalized email after
logging in and email it to yourself. You may then send
it out to your email recipients using your own email
service / account.

Can AlphaGrade send the referral emails for me?
Yes, AlphaGrade can send out emails to all your
email recipients.
In just a couple clicks, you can send out emails to
your entire group (no size limitation). We provide a
facility where we can send out emails to all your
contacts in Outlooks, Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, MSN, AOL,
Lycos, .Mac, Mail.com, LinkedIn, etc.
The process is seamless and each person receives an
individual email from you.

Can I personalize the email that is being sent out?
Yes, you can add a comment to the email that is being
sent. The comment is displayed at the top of the email
and you may preview this before actually sending it out.
To preview your email, click on the
Email
Sample link under the
Send Emails
tab.

How often
can I send out emails?
You may send out emails as often as you wish.
As a policy, our system does not allow you to send
emails to the same recipient for at least 2 weeks from
the previous message. In case you need to send out
reminders, you will need to wait for 2 weeks between
each mailing.

Yes, you can send reminders to your email recipients.
As a policy, our system does not allow you to send

How do I
know who has signed up?
In line with our Privacy Policy, we do not disclose
the names of individuals who have signed up.
We do however; display the total number of users in
your group who have signed up for the service. This is
broken down by account type: Basic and Enhanced.
You may view this information by clicking on the
Statistics
tab.

Where do I see my fund raising details?
You may login and see details of funds raised by
clicking on the
Funds
Raised tab.

When will
we receive our funds?
We will pay the amount on a monthly basis.
Approximately thirty (30) days following the end of each
calendar month, we will send you a check for the
Referral Fees earned by you on Qualifying Orders made
during the previous calendar month (less any taxes that
we are required by law to withhold). However, we reserve
the right to withhold any monthly payment that in the
aggregate amounts to less than the payment threshold of
$50 and to continue withholding any monthly payments
until the aggregate amount reaches the amount of minimum
$50.

Can I give the funds to an alternate group?
You may give the funds to any group of your choice.
We will send the funds to the group that is listed
under your ‘Organization / Pay To Name’ in your
Dashboard.

You may setup separate accounts for each group and
monitor them individually.
